How to List

This is the time that we both get to know one another. I will first ask to take a tour of your property so that I can get a general idea of your house. I will run through my marketing plan and discuss the CMA. I will discuss the benefits of working with Coldwell Banker and having me as your agent.

If you decide to work with me then a listing agreement will be signed. This contract just ensures that I am now officially working for you. A listing agreement usually lasts up to 90 days.

Marketing plan will be initiated and we will host open houses and private showings for your home. 

My fiduciary duty as your listing agent is to present each and every offer we get. We will discuss strategy and how best to counteroffer. 

Once we accept an offer that you like, we will walk through the final steps. Buyers will typically have contingencies in place which are all negotiable. This is mostly a waiting period at this point. 

Once the inspections and appraisal process go through successfully, a final walk through will take place. After that, you hand in your keys to the new owner!
